BAF started life back in 2020 and whilst that may make us a young and growing company, we have decades of experience within our team in both the manufacturing and construction industries. Couple this experience with our manufacturing capabilities and our extensive network of supply chain partners, means we can offer a vast range of products manufactured in the widest range of materials and finishes - the permutations are, well, endless.

Press Brakes

We have 3 CNC press brake machines which can fold lengths up to 4 meters, these machines bend a considerable range of materials and thicknesses, from 0.7mm to 12mm thick with accuracy and speed.

Our experienced operators are highly proficient in folding, forming and bending.

Guillotine

Our 4 Meter guillotine is capable of cutting a maximum of the following:

8.0mm thick Aluminium
6.0mm thick Mild Steel
4.0mm thick Stainless Steel

Plate Bending Rollers

Bespoke have the capability to produce column casings, bullnose flashings and other curved products, with our sheet metal bending rollers.

Welding

We have a number of welding bays and a highly skilled team of fabricators who specialise in the following welding techniques:

Laser Welding
Stud Welding

We can weld multiple material types including Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Zinc.

Assembly & Finishing

Our assembly and finishing services are an integral part of what we do, our experienced team of fabricators are highly proficient in assembling and finishing complex parts to a high standard, such as insulated gutters, and sandwich panels.

Aluminium

Aluminium plays a vital role in the architectural world – versatile, lightweight and forever recycled.

We manufacture products in all common architectural grades of Aluminium sheet and extrusion, and anodising quality Aluminium J57S UP® and 55HX®.

Mild & Pre-Galvanised Steel

Strong, versatile and quietly shaping our world, BAF have the capability to manufacture products from various forms of mild steel, and pre-galvanised steel sheet.

1.5mm–6mm

Cor-Ten® Weathering Steel

Cor-Ten® steel forms a stable rust like appearance after several years of exposure to weather, this can be sealed to prevent run off and to maintain the shade of finish required.

0.4mm–0.7mm

Pre-Coated Steel

Pre-coated steel products including Colorcoat® LG, HPS200 Ultra®, PVdF, White Liner, Granite HDX® and Solano® .

0.5mm-20mm

Stainless Steel

The corrosion resistance, aesthetic appearance and mechanical properties of Stainless Steel make it ideally suited for many architectural applications. BAF manufacture products in the common grades and in various finishes and polishes, including DP1, 240G, 240S, Rimex, Granex, Colourtex etc.

1.2mm–3mm

Pre-coat Aluminium

PVdF Pre-coated Aluminium Sheet in a range of colours.

0.7mm - 1.5mm

Zinc

Products manufactured in Zinc offer sustainable, virtually maintenance free durability, in a whole range of finishes.

Polyester Powder Coating

We offer a range of polyester powder coated finishes, via approved applicators for all major manufacturers of powder coating systems, including Axalta, Akzo Nobel, Tiger, Syntha Pulvin, and IGP

Vitreous Enamel

Vitreous Enamel cladding and signage offers lots of benefits, it is colourful, attractive, durable, weather and acid resistant, heat and fire resistant, it is long life, fade resistant, graffiti wipes clean and it is virtually maintenance free. Owing to these properties V.E. is used in many applications such as external and internal cladding, London Underground stations, railway stations and industrial plants and safety signage. Anodising

Anodising is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. We can offer a wide range of anodising treatments and in a wide range of colours.

Hot Dip Galvanising

Hot dip galvanizing is the process of immersing iron or steel in a bath of molten zinc to produce a corrosion resistant, tough, multi-layered coating of zinc-iron alloy and zinc metal.

Wet Paint

We can offer an endless range of wet paint finishes, from basic red oxide to specialist coating systems, with our in house capabilities and our extensive network of partners we can find a solution for you.
